House 1: The O'Neills. Week 1-4

This family consisted of Declan, male fortune elder, his son Kevin, male fortune adult, and Kevin's four children - Deirdre, female romance teen, Riordan, male family teen, Maeve, female child, and Connor, male toddler.
With a big family like this, there never seemed to be enough money. They could barely buy beds, much less build a house; they slept under the stars for quite some time. Declan and Kevin were very unhappy about being unable to afford the finer things in life. Kevin got a job in law enforcement, leaving Declan to take care of the little one while the older kids were at work. By the time Connor started school, Kevin had gained a couple of promotions, and was able to put up some walls. At the same time, he was busy flirting with Melissa Fancey, whom he'd fallen for at first glance. Before the end of the first week, she had moved in - and with the 19 000 simoleons she brought, the O'Neill family finally got a real house.
Deirdre flirted with Derek Lawrence, while Riordan searched for his true love, first with Ivy Copur, then Meadow Thayer. Maeve grew into a fortune sim - it seems to run in the family - and Connor rolled family. Although Melissa and the kids didn't get along well at all, she and Kevin were still married. Declan insisted, and since all knew he didn't have much longer to live... He passed away just before his two oldest grandchildren left for college (and now haunts the house regularly).

Soon enough Maeve followed her older siblings to college, and then Connor's turn came. Melissa and Kevin were left alone in the house, working their way up in their chosen careers - he in medicine, she in athletics. By then Deirdre and Riordan had settled into homes of their own, and Kevin was a grandfather. Week 4 ended, or week 5 began, with the return of Maeve and Connor to their childhood home - both Summa Cum Laude graduates, of course.

Out of the mouths of babes?
